About Me
As a Senior UX designer, I utilize human-centered design and Lean UX principles to provide tailor-crafted experiences for software on an agile delivery team. I believe in empowering users in their journey by providing a frictionless and accessible experience that can only be achieved through empathy and iterative testing. I like to work closely with all members of my team, from developers to product owners and the client themselves to create and craft the best user experience on any project I'm working on. Getting into the UX field/industry was hard for me. I was a new mom, fresh out of college where I basically had to teach myself UX. I am open and passionate about mentoring those getting into the field for the first time so that they can be primed for success. At the same time, I'm a lifelong learner and am looking for mentors to help me grow and navigate my journey as I enter a new role.
