As a Disabled Designer, Dyslexia and ADHD, I've been struggling to get wor Growing up in a world that wasn’t designed for me instilled a stronger sense of pain points and drive to solve them. This also forced me to develop creative ways to work around the barriers that other people don’t even see. When you grow up with your lane of the race is an obstacle course you develop strong legs in order to keep up. Now imagine the track times I could get when those barriers are accommodated for?
