I am a UX designer with a background in digital marketing. As a former marketer, I consciously keep business objectives in mind while advocating user’s needs. Most importantly, I use design as the powerful medium to improve people’s daily lives. As Don Norman describes: “UX design is everything, it is the way you experience the world, it is the way you experience your life, it is the way you experience the service…it is a system that’s everything.” Being a designer, I am fortunate enough to have that magic wand to improve how we live.
