About Me
In short, I'm a forever optimist that leads and encourages product teams to build useful and beautiful products. I like making beer, sawdust, dusty maté and simple experiences out of the complicated. Experiences: - Focus on responsibly growing products through user research, testing, and design. - Designing for all platforms (phone, tablet, responsive web, immobile and wearables) - Moderating formal usability testing and guerilla testing - Ideate, prioritize, build, and analyze A/B tests using Optimizely, Wasabi and Optimize. - Rapid prototyping for testing and "proofing" (InVision, Axure, POP, Sketch, etc) - Creating user flows and journey maps that expand beyond just the digital landscape - strong believer that a user adopts your product for reasons in addition to the actual design. - Leading team of UI and UX designers through full product design process - Evangelist and activist for a human, personal and agile culture - Problem solver for team process and product design
