I’ve shown the ability to grown and develop into a leader of dynamic teams, that achieves and excels company KPIs, which maintaining a productive workplace. Understanding the behavior and actions of management and team members have given me great opportunity's to show case my abilities in employee relations. I try to flex myself into different perspectives to build a understanding of others points and positions, which builds flexible cross-functional teams that will perform well. My motivation is to always be a learner and teacher of knowledge , which is what has driven me in my career. Being able to foster relationships and use interpersonal communications and collaborations to help spread information to teams one of my driversl. Showing teams how to communicate effectively while still achieving and over-performing to reach company goals and standards. Building a training curriculum is actually fun for me. Being able to test different theories and test data is what builds my Curiosity. Helping Turn that data into useful information for company’s to make the best decision possible on product, teams, and procedures.
