Your Recommendations: three mentors picked for you

There is a new page under Mentoring at /mentoring/your-recommendations. It shows three mentors picked for you from what you told us — shared topics first, then country and time zone, then a shared language and seniority — and each card says why that mentor was chosen. It is the same matching the monthly "Still looking for a design mentor?" email uses, so the page and the email never disagree. Dismiss anyone who is not right for you and the pick moves on.

The mentor directory learned the same trick. Signed in, Our Mentors can sort by Best match for you and prints each mentor's reasons on the card, alongside a new session-format filter. The old Find a mentor form did half of each of these and saved nothing, so it now sends you to the directory with your search carried across.

Mentor cards also show your matched topics in place, in green with a check, rather than repeating them in a separate list.
