Wrapped up the platform trust-and-reliability project

A full inventory of every third-party service this platform actually depends on is now documented — infrastructure, sibling internal services, and external APIs — verified against the real code rather than guessed at. Licenses, contracts, and costs are marked as needing input from whoever holds those agreements, rather than filled in with placeholder numbers.

We also closed a real testing gap: our public member-count displays (the ones that replaced the old "-+" glitch and unverified "10k+" claim earlier in this project) now share one tested, documented component instead of two separate untested copies of the same logic.

This wraps up the broader trust-and-reliability project we've been working through: broken links and stale claims, mentor data quality, automated monitoring, search visibility, accessibility, and now measurement and documentation. Not everything is closed — a couple of items genuinely need real human decisions (naming who owns what operationally, member interviews) rather than more engineering, and we've said so plainly rather than pretending otherwise.
