Track your job applications right on Designed

New: a private job-application tracker at /jobs/tracker (also linked as "My Applications" from the Jobs page).

Search and track any listing, then move it through save → considering → preparing → applied → interview → offer (or rejected/withdrawn/closed). Add private notes and a next action with a date for each one. Everything here is private to you — nothing is shared with employers.

We kept this deliberately simple: a plain count of how many jobs you have at each stage, no scores or streaks.
