Clearer rules for takedowns, confidential work, and safer links

Two trust improvements shipped today.

We published our content takedown and confidential-work policy. It explains in plain language how to request removal of content that infringes copyright or exposes confidential work, what happens after you report something (moderators review a snapshot of the content as it was when reported, so later edits can't hide the issue), and our long-standing rule that you should never upload employer or client work you can't share publicly. The Community Standards page now links the whole flow.

We also tightened link safety in Critique: every link attached to a critique submission is now validated server-side the same way links are everywhere else on the platform, so only real web addresses can appear on submission pages.
