Removed two more fields that shouldn't have been sent to visitors on profile pages

A follow-up to a fix we shipped earlier: after removing an email address that was unintentionally included in mentor and member profile pages, we went back and checked the same two pages more thoroughly rather than assuming that was the only instance.

We found two more fields with the same problem -- gender and city were both included in the page's underlying data on every mentor and member profile, sent to every visitor's browser, even though neither is ever displayed or used anywhere on either page. Removed. (Country, timezone, and years of experience are genuinely shown on these pages and are unaffected.)
