Fixed a stale footer copyright, and backed our community-size claim with a real number

The footer copyright notice — visible on every page — had been stuck at "© 2017-2021" for years, quietly making an actively maintained platform look abandoned. It now computes the current year automatically, so it can't go stale the same way again.

Separately, the Privacy Policy, Code of Conduct, and Terms of Service pages each repeated a line inviting people to join "our fast-growing platform community of 10k+ designers." It was a static number with no query or verified source behind it, duplicated across three legal documents rather than backed by real data anywhere — so it was pulled while we checked. Turns out the real number is bigger: those three pages now show a live, query-backed count straight from our database — over 14,000 designers and counting — rather than a guess.

Second entry in the ongoing pass through the platform's public-facing trust and reliability issues — see the previous entry on broken mentor links for the first.
