Reaching out to a mentor now starts with your actual goal

Reaching out to a mentor used to mean typing a free-form message into a single box, with nothing captured beyond that one email. It now starts with a specific question — "What are you trying to accomplish?" — followed by your topic, experience level, preferred language and timezone, how urgent it is, and whether you'd rather do this async or over video.

Mentors still get a real email either way, now with all of that context laid out clearly instead of whatever happened to make it into a paragraph. This is also the first real step toward a proper mentor request/booking system — right now every request is still reviewed the same way as before, with accept/decline and scheduling still ahead on our roadmap.
