A new Our Impact page: how we define and measure real progress

We've published an Our Impact page laying out how we think about impact: what we count as a member's real progress (not logins or page views), and the areas we hold ourselves to — activation, retention, feedback quality, mentorship health, opportunity outcomes, equity, and sustainability.

We're deliberately not publishing real numbers against any of it yet. The instrumentation those numbers would come from has only just started shipping, so there isn't enough real usage history behind it to report something meaningful. We'd rather tell you that plainly than publish a number that doesn't mean anything yet — and commit to publishing real ones as the data exists.
