Onboarding now asks about your experience and the role you're aiming for
When you joined Designed, the sign-up flow never asked two things the rest of the platform quietly depends on: how many years of experience you have, and what role you're working toward.
The experience step now asks the same simple experience-range question the Settings page has always had, so your profile starts complete instead of needing a second visit to fill it in.
And the final "what brings you to Designed?" screen now also lets you optionally pick the role you're aiming for -- Product Designer, UX Researcher, and so on -- from the same role list Career Map uses. It's genuinely optional: "I'm not sure yet" is a perfectly good answer, and you can always decide later. If you do pick one, we can start pointing your learning, critique, and mentorship suggestions at where you're actually trying to go.
