Now measuring mentor search, learning path progress, and critique submissions

Following up on the event-tracking foundation from earlier this week: we now also measure mentor search usage, mentor profile views, when someone reaches out to a mentor, when a learning path is started and its modules completed, and when a critique is submitted for feedback.

We were upfront in our own internal roadmap about what this doesn't cover yet — mentor booking/attendance tracking, Skill Labs, critique revisions, and on-platform job tracking — because those features don't exist on the platform yet. We'd rather say that plainly than pretend to measure something that isn't built.

Next up in this same measurement-baseline phase: using this data to establish real 30-day baselines before any major growth push, and adding data-quality checks that catch duplicate or missing user records.
