Notifications have arrived -- starting with mentorship

Until today, if a mentor accepted or declined your mentorship request, nothing told you -- you found out by checking your requests page yourself. That's over.

Designed.org now has a real notification system. When a mentor responds to your request, you get a notification in the app (find them from your home page) and an email that links straight to the next step.

It works on your terms: a new Notifications page in Settings lets you turn email off entirely (in-app notifications keep working -- they're your own activity record) and set quiet hours. An email that would arrive during your quiet hours simply waits until the window ends -- it's never dropped.

Mentorship responses are the first notification; feedback on your work and other events you care about are coming to the same system next.
