New tips for writing feedback that's actually useful on Critique

When you write feedback on a Critique submission, you'll now see a short tip on what makes feedback actually useful — point at something specific ("the primary button doesn't stand out against the header") instead of a general comment ("the hierarchy needs work"), and for "What could improve," name the gap rather than solving it for the author.

Each field also has new placeholder text as a quick reminder while you write.
