Near Me works again, and event venues ask for a country

The Near Me tab on Events was showing "We're having trouble loading events right now" for everyone. Nothing was wrong with the events — the request was losing the location Cloudflare attaches at the edge on its way through our proxy. It carries it now, so Near Me works without asking your browser for permission, as intended.

Submitting an event also improved. The venue asks which country it is in rather than assuming the United States, the region field follows the country, and the date and time inputs are styled like the rest of the form instead of the browser's raw defaults.
