Everything that's yours, one list on your home page

Your things on Designed.org used to live in eight different places, and your home page only pointed at some of them -- a couple more appeared only if you had recent activity there.

Now there's a permanent "My activity" section on your home page linking everything that's yours: your career plan, growth plan, learning paths, critique submissions, evidence, projects, mentor requests, and job tracker. Every link is always there whether or not you've started using that feature yet, because finding your own things shouldn't depend on having touched them recently.
