Mentors can now see their impact, with your permission

A member's own request history already lets you mark a next action as complete for yourself. Now, if you choose to, you can also share that completion with your mentor — a separate checkbox, so marking something done for yourself never automatically sends it anywhere.

On the mentor side, this only ever shows up if a mentor has separately opted in, in Settings > Mentoring. Both sides have to agree before anything is shared.

We also added a private "Your impact" summary to the new mentor requests inbox — requests accepted, confirmed sessions, and mentees helped toward their goal. It's just for you, never compared to any other mentor, and never shown publicly.
