The mentor directory deals a fresh hand, and never skips anyone

Our Mentors used to order mentors by when they last updated their profile, and 804 of our 1,889 mentors share that timestamp. The database was free to order those ties differently between one page and the next, so as you scrolled a mentor could appear twice while another was never shown at all.

Every visit now deals the directory in a fresh random order, and that order holds as you scroll, so every mentor appears once. The first page is rendered on the server in the same order the rest follows, so nothing reshuffles in front of you.
