Learning Paths now shows which roles it connects to, and a clear next step: post your work

Two more additions to Learning Paths:

- Every path now shows a "Relevant to" row of Career Map roles it connects to, and why (hover a role to see which specific skills tie it to that path). - Most paths now end with a clear next step: post the thing you actually built during the path — a prototype, a redesign, a research plan — to Critique for real feedback, instead of the path just ending with no follow-through.
