Launched a public status page

There's now a public status page at /status, linked from the site footer. It shows live status for core pages, mentor profiles, learning resources, job listings, and community links, pulled directly from the automated monitoring we built earlier this project — not a hand-maintained page someone has to remember to update.

We were careful to make it honest rather than reassuring: it says plainly that "operational" means our monitoring hasn't detected a problem, not a guarantee nothing is wrong, and it's upfront that some external sites reject automated checks outright even when they're genuinely fine for a real visitor.

We also drafted an initial internal proposal for support and moderation response-time targets, grounded in what our current tools actually support today rather than promises we can't back up yet.
