Job listings now show real pay ranges

Posting a job directly on Designed now requires a real, bounded compensation range -- a minimum, a maximum, and whether it's per hour or per year. No more open-ended "competitive salary" listings.

You'll see it right on the job card, alongside the company and type. This applies to jobs posted directly through Designed; jobs pulled in from other sources don't have this figure available yet.
