Getting started asks everyone the same questions
The sign-up steps ask every new member for the things we actually match on, and skipping a step is no longer recorded as finishing it.
We match mentors and members on three things: the topics you care about, a short bio, and a link or two. Those questions were only being put to some people. Everyone is asked now, and you can still skip, which is what makes asking for the rest fair.
There was also a bug where skipping the last step was recorded exactly the same way as completing it, so anyone who skipped was never invited back to finish. Skipping and finishing are told apart now.
