New Employer Guidelines, and job submissions are now checked against the employer's domain

We've published Employer Guidelines — what we expect from any job posted on Designed, in plain terms, grounded in the same mission-alignment this platform is built around. Submitting a job now requires agreeing to them.

Job submissions also now capture whether the submitter's email domain reasonably matches the employer's own site, surfaced for review — not an automatic accept/reject, just a real signal instead of none.
