Critique submissions now ask for more useful context

A couple of improvements to submitting and giving feedback on Critique.

When you submit work, we now ask a few more specific questions: what stage the work is at, any real constraints that shaped it (a tight deadline, a legacy tech stack, brand guidelines you couldn't change), and a specific question you want answered. These help reviewers give feedback that's actually useful to you, instead of generic impressions. We also added a required confirmation that you own or have permission to share the work, and removed any confidential information.

On the feedback side, anyone responding to your submission now picks which of your requested feedback areas their response addresses — so it's always clear whether your actual questions got answered, not just that *someone* left a comment.
