Your consent history is now recorded and visible to you

When you agree to something on Designed.org — the Code of Conduct at sign-up, the Employer Guidelines when posting a job, or sharing your progress with a mentor — that moment is now permanently recorded: what you agreed to, which version of the text was in effect, and when. Withdrawing an agreement is recorded the same way.

You can see your own history anytime on the Profile Privacy page in Settings. One honest note: records start from today — we log real events as they happen rather than guessing about the past, so agreements made before this feature launched won't appear.

Your consent history is included in your data export, and it's erased with everything else if you delete your account.
