Community standards, easier to read and to find your way around
Our community standards page has been redesigned.
The rules have not changed. This page has always been the plain-language version of the Code of Conduct every member agrees to at sign-up, and it still says exactly what it said before -- it is just far easier to read.
You can now jump straight to the part you need: critique and feedback, mentorship, jobs and projects, or reporting. Each rule leads with its point, so you can scan rather than read every line.
There is a short set of common questions at the bottom -- whether you can share client work for critique, what happens after you report something, and whether a mentor can end a session. Every answer restates a rule already on the page rather than adding a new one.
And if something is urgent or sensitive, that is now the first thing you see rather than the last: email support@designed.org, and a person reads every message.
