A fair-use limit on new mentor requests each month

To help keep mentor time available across the whole community rather than concentrated on a few requests, members can now reach out to up to 8 different mentors within a given calendar month.

This only applies to new mentors — if you've already contacted someone this month, you can keep messaging them as much as you need to. The limit resets at the start of each month.
