A clearer mentor inbox
If you mentor on Designed.org, your inbox has been rebuilt around the decision you are actually making.
Each request is its own card now, led by the member asking -- their picture and name, the topic, and what they want to accomplish. Experience, language, timezone, timing and format moved behind a Details link, so a screen of requests reads as a list of people rather than a wall of fields.
Once you accept, you can reach them. Reply on the site, or use their email address and carry on wherever suits you both -- a call, a calendar link, anywhere. We are not going to make you keep it here.
And you can archive a request you are finished with, so your inbox stops growing forever. Archiving is not declining: a request nobody has answered stays put, because filing it away would leave someone waiting for a reply that never comes.
