Outcome-driven designer of human experiences for over 15 years, the last 8+ years focused on the retail vertical at scale. My passion is helping to create engaging experiences, exceeding both business objectives and unconscious human usability objectives through research-based techniques and human validation. I possess a unique combination of expertise in visual design, usability, user experience (UX) design, user research, information architecture, user interface (UI) design, front-end development, and strategy. I also offer the rare ability to communicate complex technical topics and solutions to non-technical audiences through many different visual mediums. Having worked in a variety of different business industries, markets, and enterprises, I’m comfortable wearing many hats and seamlessly adapting to any company culture.
