About Me
I’m a Product Designer and UX Strategist. I try to create experiences that don’t suck; while connecting business goals with what people actually need. Currently, at Northern Trust, I’m working with Product Owners to reimage how partners and clients can experience legacy applications in new ways. I lead a team focused on improving SMB and Enterprise customers’ experiences while migrating between server, data center, and cloud deployment environments at Atlassian. Prior to this, I led experiments to increase Atlassian product upgrade rates with our Growth teams. With a background in interactive design and strategic planning, I've become an invaluable triad partner. I specialize in leading teams that build 0-1 products for pre-seed, VC-backed, legacy, and enterprise companies. I’ve worked almost exclusively in B2B verticals over the last 10 years including Telehealth, eCommerce, SaaS, Fintech, Proptech, ITSM, and Management Consulting.
