I am an experienced product design leader with a proven track record helping businesses grow from zero to 1. My expertises are leading strategic initiatives from onboarding to adoption and establishing design teams for large-scale enterprise companies.Expertise in building AI native experiences. I have worked in innovation lab, interactive design agencies and fortune 100 customers. I have immense experience in leading and mentoring designers across the globe. Scaled a multi talented design team from 1 to 23 to cater customers across AMS and EMEA I have experience in leading/ managing design teams across globally distributed environments (GDC) My strengths are innovation, product strategy, team management, product discovery, Interaction design, Vision design, product north star concepts ,Design Strategy, problem-solving and establishing design partner program’s. Through my work, I have collaborated closely with business and development partners across various lines of businesses, delivering digital products and features that users love. Throughout my career I have worked for some major clients such as Delta airlines, Symantec, Macys, Reebok, JPMC, Humana, Citi, Cisco, 3M, Walgreens, Estee lauder, Johnson & Johnson, L’oreal etc., Razor fish, Huge and with some of the leading design studios across the globe.
