About Me

I am a User Experience Designer driven by finding creative solutions to a user's needs. My philosophy is that there are not "stupid" users, but that they simply have different experiences/expertise than you - the designer. The key to creating a product that will delight the user is to understand and empathize with their challenges. I have the ability to unify stakeholders and team members around a single vision by communicating to them in a language they understand. I use many different methods for communicating design vision, but the most important methods are collaboration and constantly looking for ways to improve the way I practice design.
