I'm currently working as part of a great team at GEICO as a UX Researcher. At GEICO, I work primarily with Claim and Service teams to improve interactions and processes for insurance customers. As a UX Researcher, I work on a wide range of things including: leading ideation sessions, conducting user interviews and usability testing, wireframing and prototyping, as well as acting as a design consultant to project teams within GEICO.
