About Me
Hello! I'm Sunanda (she/her), an experience designer from Chicago, IL. I've spent the last 8 years working at Google as a learning experience designer, building programs and services to support adult learning & career development. My work has spanned customer experience & service design, user experience research to drive better product design, learning experience design, and exploratory design research. I have led cross-functional project teams to reimagine the employee onboarding experience, inspire leaders to build a culture of equity within their organization, improve the customer experience of billing & invoicing, and empower job-seekers to find new careers through digital certifications. I have always been fascinated by the drivers of human behavior and the ways in which design can shape our experience of the world.
