I have a background in software engineering with over 10 years of experience working at Broadcom (Symantec) in Anti-Spam Email Security team. While there, I worked on various projects as a software engineer and was also a certified Scrum Master. As a software engineer, I gained a deep understanding of how technology works, how it's built, and how it can be improved. However, as I continued to work in the field, I realized that my true passion lies in creating user-centered designs that are intuitive, accessible, and delightful to use. With my studies in Human-Centered Computing, I have developed a deeper understanding of the importance of user needs and the role of technology in creating solutions that improve people's lives.
