About Me
I have been an artist and a designer all of my adult life. A RISD grad, I have had a successful career as a designer of physical products, specifically jewelry and tabletop items, for top luxury brands. As the market landscape has changed I have shifted my focus and learning to UX Design in the past 4 years. I have been fortunate to have be selected as a volunteer for Siren, an app which provides scientific researchers with a way to track, validate, analyze, and share their observations of marine megafauna. As part of a small design team, I am getting incredible hands on experience as a UX designer! I am excited to find my first paid role as a UX/Product designer. I would appreciate mentoring and input on my resume / portfolio / and overall approach to job hunting~as well as some cheerleading :-)
