Hi Pratik, This side I am designer working in the industry for around 11 years switch my career from Graphic Designer to UI/UX Designer 3 years back from then i am working I am facing problems while understanding the requirements when product manager discuses it so technical that majority time not able to understand i tried to take help of BA to understand it in non technical way and then processes for design 80% of design is done and then UX lead comes in the picture and starts changing the requirements at the end it is hustle and i am scolded for not performing and that is affecting my creative thought i need help because i love UI/UX Designing. please guide
