Hey, thanks for stopping by my profile! My name is Lamees I'm a human-centered design and development major at Penn State with a application focus on psychology. What I love about this career is how there's an emphasis on truly understanding people and their experiences in order to create products to address their problems or needs. I look at my job as a UX designer as presenting a thoughtful gift to someone and who doesn't love gift giving! I'm seeking mentorship to get a better idea of what a career as a UX and/or product designer looks like in various industries that I'm interested in such as civic tech, edTech and healthcare (however, my interests aren't limited to those three and I'm completely open to anything that sounds awesome).
