I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) UX researcher and designer with a background in marketing and sales. As a program specialist organizing volunteer and internship projects abroad, I was a communicator between international organizations and participants. I had to communicate with people from different backgrounds to match them with programs that fit their expectations. This experience inspired me to work as a UX designer because I know how users behave in different settings and cultures.
