About Me
I'm an old number cruncher turned UXer. As a veteran clinic administration and finance professional, I got into healthcare to serve patients. After 15 years in the field, I was really far away from that calling. UX seems a million miles from hovering over spreadsheets but it gets to the heart of why I got into healthcare in the first place. Design thinking asks me to set myself aside, empathize with users, and solve for the problem at hand. Not in cells but on stickies.
