About Me
I'm a graphic designer with more than 10 years of experience. So why am I looking for a mentor? I believe you don't stop learning and developing, but sometimes you need a different source of inspiration or a fresh pair of eyes to help give you a new perspective. I'm at something of a mid-career turning point, wondering what comes next. The industry is ever changing, and I want some insight from others who have faced (or are currently facing) similar challenges. Some of the many questions I'm considering are – do I find a good in-house studio or look again at agency options? What would it take to make either of these moves? Do I invest heavily in my motion skills as a future path? Can I squeeze in some creative side projects around a full-time role and family life? As the sole designer, in my current role, I also want to get that creative spark that comes from sharing ideas with like-minded professionals!
