About Me
I’m a UI/UX designer based in San Antonio, Texas with a background in education. During my six years teaching middle school, I learned the importance of listening to understand, accepting and learning from failure as part of the process, and constantly iterating based on “user” (student) feedback and data. Now, I design experiences for the web instead of the classroom. My greatest strength is my ability to listen and empathize: not only with users, but also with business owners and stakeholders. I’m a lifelong learner and have a strong sense of curiosity; I believe asking the right questions is more powerful than getting the right answers. When I’m not designing, you can find me cooking up a Chrissy Teigen recipe, enjoying a glass of red wine, or chasing around my crazy Jack Russell terriers, Ranger and Daisy.
