Notifications are easier to read

The notifications page now sits in a centered reading column instead of stretching across the whole screen.

On a wide screen, each notification stretched into a ribbon — the title at one edge, the timestamp at the other, and a lot of empty space in between.

The page now sits in a comfortable centered column, so a list of notifications reads like a list rather than a spreadsheet.
