Ask a question without leaving the help centre

If the help centre did not answer your question, you used to have to load a second page to ask us. The contact form is now on the help centre page itself.

It is the same form as the one on our contact page — moved so that both pages share it, rather than copied. That matters for a dull but real reason: the list of topics you choose from has to match what our support system accepts, and two separate copies would eventually stop matching.

If a search in the help centre finds nothing, that empty result now takes you straight down to the form on the same page. The moment a search comes back empty is the worst moment to ask someone to load another page.

The contact page itself is unchanged and still works exactly as before.
