It's common for men who are going bald to shave their heads, leaning into the look. But shaving one's head can be a hassle. To contain the mess it ought be done in the shower, but if using an electric razor, that means with the water off, which results in freezing shave sessions in winter. German inventor Ziggy Storbeck is a "proud bald man" who was frustrated with store-bought head shaving options. "I wanted to develop an innovative double razor that would revolutionize head shaving – thorough, fast, and absolutely safe, without unnecessarily straining the arm." The result is this Twinshaver, meant to be used in a (running) shower: The object is pure form-follows-function, offering a secure grip and featuring two razor cartridges that follow the contours of the head.  It takes triple-blad Protector 3 cartridges made by Wilkinson Sword (the European sibling of Schick). Here's how the shaving process goes: Storbeck notes that the invention, which has been on the market for over a decade, can also be used to shave arms, legs, the chest, and armpits. It runs $47, and replacement cartridges are $21 for 16.
