As a certified executive leadership coach, Todd Zaki Warfel works with individuals and organizations interested in personal growth, leadership development, and organizational transformation. Having held leadership roles at Workday, Cisco, and Twitter, Todd has lived through the trials and triumphs of transformation firsthand. Most recently, Global Head of Design for Workday, leading a team of designers, researchers, content strategists, and design technologists to deliver the future of how companies manage their business and employees manage their careers. Under Todd's leadership, the globally distributed team launched a Center of Excellence (COE), playbook, and design system all while growing from 45 to 90.
