Requirement Gathering: Work with business stakeholders and end users to capture requirements (via Interviewing, Contextual Enquiry, Focus groups).Personas, scenarios, annotated wireframes, flowcharts, design prototypes and detailed design specifications to communicate designs Stakeholder buy-in for the proposed designs and conduct quality evaluations to ensure the user experience vision, design and standards are being fulfilled Design System: Creating and managing a collection of reusable components governed by clear standards and interaction patterns that can be assembled together to build any family of Enterprise applications Conceptual design: Define applications functional and usability requirements, explore to find alternatives and solutions to complex business problems using established design methodologies (Persona and Scenario based design approach). Interact with Clients to drive all aspects of UX and UI initiatives with focus on Business development and Capability alignment involving Requirement analysis, Resource allocation, partnering with Creative agencies, project execution and Design directions Ability to manage ambiguity and work autonomously in an agile environment. Experience in working across boundaries to manage and prioritize work with multiple-tasking capabilities. Ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Always ready to roll up the sleeves to do the necessary to meet team goals.
